The CUP LA Fellows Program is a transformative, six-session leadership development experience for early-to-mid career professionals of color with 5-10 years of work experience. This program caters to diverse people across sectors, who are deeply committed to growing their careers and leading change in their communities.
Monthly professional development workshops and social events
CUP Board Members and CUP LA Founders serve as mentors for each workshop.
Fellows gain access to CUP’s bi-coastal network of professionals and change makers, including more than 250 Fellows alumni.
