CUP LA, now in its fourth year, has built a unique one-of-a-kind community of diverse professionals in the film, television and public service spaces as an extension of CUP’s overall mission and vision.

CUP LA offers professional development and thought leadership programming including CUP LA FELLOWS PROGRAM, Dinner @ 7 and newly added program “How To” Series.

CUP LA also hosts the ENTERTAINMENT POWER FORUM SERIES and the LA Entertainment Summit featuring powerhouse thought leaders in the entertainment space to impart their expertise and propose solutions on diversity, equity and inclusion in the film and television industry.

A half-day convening that brings together early to mid-career diverse professionals and inspiring senior thought leaders from the entertainment community – corporate partners and beyond – in dialogue about the changing entertainment landscape and the role of diversity and inclusion.

A INVITATION-ONLY conversation series that brings together purpose-driven people to discuss issues that matter to diverse professionals. Each event is hosted by 1-2 subject matter experts who facilitate dialogue and questions to explore.

CUP LA Fellows Program – HYBRID

The CUP LA Fellows Program is a transformative, six-session leadership development experience for early-to-mid career professionals of color with 5-10 years of work experience. This program caters to diverse people across sectors, who are deeply committed to growing their careers and leading change in their communities.
