Maria Abou Atmi

 Maria Abou Atmi is a People & Culture professional most recently at Participant, where she was dedicated to making workplaces inclusive and welcoming for folks whose voices are often under-represented in entertainment. Her work focuses on empowering employees and fostering inclusive spaces for connection, engagement, and community building through the integration of DEI principles into organizational policies and practices. 

Originally from Beirut, Lebanon, Maria is deeply committed to advancing the representation of SWANA people in the entertainment industry.
