Anefertiti Bowman

Anefertiti Bowman is a dynamic, multi-hyphenated professional with over a decade of experience spanning the arts and culture, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. A Chicago native based in Los Angeles, she brings a unique blend of Midwest grit and creative vision to her work, exemplified through her leadership at Audacity Creative (formerly SoLA Contemporary). A nonprofit arts organization that empowers the global majority through the arts, education, and human-centered programming, serving as a resource for artists and institutions to spark systemic reimagining. 

Throughout her career, she has led initiatives that promote institutional advancement and cultural change. Anefertiti has contributed her expertise to organizations such as the National Black MBA Association, Otis College of Art and Design, and the Coca Cola Company. Additionally, she’s consulted on a wide range of projects focused on equity, innovation, and community-centered solutions.

A dedicated mental health and wellness advocate, Anefertiti has recently completed her doula certification and is trained in various breathwork and meditation practices. She is expanding her work to integrate holistic methods that support healing, resilience, and overall well-being within the communities she serves.
