India Alston

India Alston is a dynamic entrepreneur and creative visionary with roots in Washington, DC, and a current career in Los Angeles since 2019. She is the Founder of BRND BLZR, an innovative AI-powered marketplace revolutionizing custom product design and purchasing. She also leads Beam Creative House, a forward-thinking agency specializing in entertainment, technology, and social impact marketing and production.

India’s expertise includes crafting, producing, and executing national, award-winning campaigns for brands and media organizations aiming to connect with multicultural audiences. Among her recent contributions and successes are the Issa Rae Produced One of Them Days Film release; the HOORAE X Walmart Black & Unlimited Digital Development Program; AT&T’s Dream in Black campaign; and the 2020 US Census campaign. Her global experience includes living and working in Denmark and Jordan, where she spearheaded marketing and production for digital comic books, mobile games, and apps targeting the Middle Eastern market. Notably, she co-produced a five-book comic series featuring Saudi Arabia’s first superheroine, Latifa.

As a Producer, India’s portfolio spans short-form social content, short films, TV pilots, music videos, and projects in development, including a docuseries, a medical TV drama, and a musical feature film. Her passion lies in fostering the national creator economy by equipping creatives with the resources, tools, and networks needed to elevate their craft and achieve upward mobility. She firmly believes in the power of collaboration to drive innovation and is building a platform to scale these efforts for creators nationwide.

India holds a B.A. in African & African American Studies from Stanford University and an Executive Master’s in Leadership from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

In her free time, India enjoys staying active with her kickball and softball leagues, PS5 gaming, relaxing with friends at the park or beach, or hosting laid-back game nights!
