Vanessa Roberson

Vanessa Roberson is a West LA native who currently works at the Dodgers as the Coordinator of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior to joining the Dodgers, she focused on digital DEI content at The Walt Disney Company and HBCU Buzz. 

She graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from Smith College in Massachusetts and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She is a UCLA Riordan Fellow, Magoosh Access Fellow, Forte Fellow, and Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) Fellow.
