Jessica A. Brooks

Jessica Brooks (She/ Her) is currently the Aftermarket Operations Manager for Eaton Aerospace Group, located in Los Angeles, CA where she reports to the Plant Manager and is directly responsible for the Repair, Assembly, and operations for the licensed repair station. As an A Better Chance and College Possible Alumna, Jessica is passionate about college access in socially and economically disadvantaged communities.

Jessica studied African American History, Africa and Diaspora and Diplomacy at Carleton College in Northfield MN, where she achieved her bachelor’s degree in 2009. Jessica obtained her Masters in Operations and Supply Chain Management with a certificate in Data Analytics from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis MN in 2017, after which she worked for Eaton Corporation in Operational Excellence and Assessments developing roadmaps for success and driving continuous improvement.

At the onset of the pandemic Jessica pivoted briefly to launch Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers in North America and in February of 2022 Jessica rejoined Eaton as the Production Operations Manager relocating from Augusta Georgia to Los Angeles where she discovered the CUP Fellows Program.
