Jasmine Humphrey

Jasmine Humphrey is the Director of Campus & Cultural Engagement for LVMH North America, where she leads efforts to connect the company with top emerging talent in the luxury industry. Her work emphasizes broadening access and creating opportunities for individuals from historically

underrepresented communities through partnerships both within LVMH and with external organizations.

Before joining LVMH, Jasmine was the Global Public Relations Director of Special Projects & Culture Engagement at Tiffany & Co. She joined Tiffany in 2016 as a Tiffany Academy Associate for Excellence and Diversity in Retail Leadership. In her role, she spearheaded key initiatives, including the About Love Scholarship Program in collaboration with BeyGOOD and the Shawn Carter Foundation, as well as the launch of Tiffany Atrium, a social impact platform designed to increase professional opportunities for diverse groups.

Jasmine began her career in the luxury hospitality sector, working with prestigious brands like Rosewood Hotel Group and InterContinental Hotel Group. In these roles, she honed her skills in creating exceptional customer experiences and cultivating meaningful connections with diverse clientele. This early exposure to the intricacies of luxury service fostered her deep commitment to community engagement, as she recognized the importance of building bridges between high-end brands and the communities they serve. She currently sits on the Executive Council for the Lower Eastside Girls Club Alliance Junior Board and serves as the first Co-President of the LVMH Employees of African Descent (LEAD) Business Resource Group.

A native of the Chicagoland area, Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Manhattan College and is passionate about building inclusive environments across the luxury industry. In her free time, she loves spending time at the beach and visiting art galleries.
