Ivie Serioux
Ivie A. Serioux is a problem solver, advocate and change agent. As a Shareholder in Littler’s New York office she offers pragmatic solutions to her clients focusing on emerging issues in employment litigation, AI & technology, traditional labor law and Title IX compliance. She has represented clients in arbitrations, administrative proceedings as well as state and federal courts including successfully arguing before the Second Circuit of Appeals.
As a highly sought after speaker, she customizes and delivers impactful training on all topics related to positive employee relations, managing a unionized workforce, anti- discrimination, diversity, equity and inclusion in order to improve innovation, employee engagement and performance.
Born in Nigeria and raised in New York, Ivie is passionate about empowering diverse voices to recognize their own power. She has dedicated her life to effectuating change and creating a better world for the next generation.
She is a graduate of The George Washington University and Emory University School of Law. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
