Hector Silva

Hector Silva is a Vice President focusing on Organizational Strategy within the Consumer and Investment Division at Goldman Sachs. In his role, he focuses on defining the target operating model for the organization and executing on strategic initiatives.  Prior to this role, Hector was a senior product manager within the Regulatory Operations group at Goldman Sachs.

He is also the co-Chief Operating Officer of the Firmwide Hispanic/Latino Network at Goldman where he focuses on recruiting and retaining diverse talent.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Hector spent seven years as a management consultant in the Financial Services sector helping clients in a variety of aspects including operational efficiency, process improvement, front-to-back implementations, target-operating-models and regulatory compliance.

A New Jersey native, Hector received his B.S. in Accounting from William Paterson University and is in the process of completing his M.S. from Columbia University in Applied Analytics.
