Grisaldy Lantigua
Grisaldy Lantigua is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience driving operational excellence, financial management, and systems implementation in the social impact sector. Her cross-sector expertise, spanning both private and nonprofit organizations, enables her to leverage strategic analysis, process optimization, and collaboration to deliver sustainable results. Grisaldy is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through both her professional and volunteer work.
As the Operations and Strategic Initiatives Manager at Visa Foundation, Grisaldy leads strategic initiatives and operational effectiveness, aligning her work with Visa Foundation’s mission of uplifting everyone, everywhere through the power of economic inclusion. She plays a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class operational processes that enhance Visa Foundation’s philanthropic impact.
Before joining Visa, Grisaldy served as Director at the Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF), where she managed the Social Innovation Fund (SIF) Pay for Success (PFS) initiative, overseeing a $2 million operating budget. This innovative model financed effective social programs addressing issues such as homelessness, workforce development, education, and early childhood. At NFF, Grisaldy also led several technology and operations projects and was instrumental in promoting DEI by co-creating the organization’s DEI value statement. She further strengthened internal compliance by implementing stronger controls for federal grants.
Grisaldy began her career at J.P. Morgan, gaining significant experience in business management, finance, and risk reporting. She collaborated with global teams to implement regulatory trading limits and successfully resolved complex profit and loss discrepancies, which solidified her expertise in financial operations and global collaboration.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Grisaldy is an active community leader. She volunteers with SomosVC’s Finance Board and serves on the Community Affairs Committee of the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA). As co-founder and co-chair of Latinx Connect NY Chapter, Visa’s Employee Resource Group, Grisaldy helped create a platform for cultural exchange and professional development. Her commitment to philanthropy also extends to other organizations, including her role as a Junior Board Chair for the Harlem Educational Activities Fund and as a consultant with Net Impact.
A proud daughter of Dominican immigrants, Grisaldy was born and raised in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City. She holds an executive master’s degree of Public Administration from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Stony Brook University. In her spare time, Grisaldy is passionate about mentoring inner-city youth, enjoys reading personal development books, traveling, and jumping rope.
