Gabrielle Clark
Gabrielle’s outstanding achievements and unwavering commitment to the sports industry truly set her apart. A Chicago native, Gabrielle’s sports journey began with a diverse range of interests before her focus on tennis. Excelling at Emory University, she claimed three NCAA tennis titles and made history as the first African American woman to win an NCAA singles title in tennis.
Driven by her passion for sports and strategic mindset, after working for PricewaterhouseCoopers and McCann World group, Gabrielle embarked on a journey with the LA 2028 Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, where she currently serves as a Senior Manager of Venue Planning & Integration. Her educational background, including an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a bachelor’s degree from Emory University, highlights her dedication to growth.
Gabrielle has been a Los Angeles transplant since 2018 and, other than the weather, what she loves most about LA is the easy access to live entertainment. She is a proud member of the Century City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and in her free time you can find her hiking the Culver City stairs, playing tennis at West Hollywood Park, or at a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. She is extremely humbled to be a 2024 CUP LA Fellow and looks forward to connecting and building with other emerging leaders in the program.
