Favio German

Favio German is a manager within the client services team of Public Works Partners. In this role, he leads teams of consultants to meet the management, programmatic, and operational needs of the firm’s social sector clients. Favio’s driving mission is to improve the capacity of community-based organizations to scale their impact. As such, he has cultivated an expertise in issues in nonprofit and public management through years of experience working locally and abroad.

Before joining Public Works, Favio held multiple roles at nonprofit organizations in New York City. He also served in the Peace Corps, where he organized rural communities in Paraguay towards improving local health outcomes. While in Paraguay, Favio also worked directly with local government agencies to improve their capacity and implement a national poverty alleviation program.

Favio earned his Master of Public Administration from New York University, where he recently co-taught a course on the fundamentals of nonprofit management. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Economics, and Law from the State University of New York, College at Old Westbury.
