As the visionary behind The Empress Agency, she has significantly impacted the media landscape by leveraging her expertise at renowned media companies such as BET, Essence, Paramount, VH1, and Refinery 29 where she spearheaded groundbreaking campaigns.  Her leadership is not just about driving numbers; it’s about making a meaningful impact, fostering community, and mentoring the next generation of digital storytellers. Notably, she played a key role in the launch of a social-first initiative for BET Networks that provided an authentic platform for Black LGBTQ+ voices, she was recognized as a 2020 AD Week Pride Star, and she created a Social Media Mindfulness curriculum for student leaders in NYC.
