Chelsea B. Hardy

Chelsea B. Hardy is the Product Manager for Ecommerce at Ann Taylor and LOFT, where she shapes the vision and drives the execution of new product features to enhance the online shopping experience. With over 6 years of experience in ecommerce, digital product management, and strategic site marketing within the fashion and beauty industry, she is dedicated to leveraging market insights and consumer behavior analysis to inform the customer journey and digital strategies.

Before joining Ann Taylor and LOFT, Chelsea excelled in various roles at both Ralph Lauren and Tory Burch, where she managed large-scale site redesigns and the implementation of digital content management systems. Her efforts significantly improved user experiences and contributed to increased sales performance.

Chelsea is also the Owner of Chic By Her, a women’s apparel company launched in June 2020, dedicated to inspiring self-confidence and individuality through style. Her entrepreneurial spirit, combined with her commitment to community engagement, is evident through her active involvement as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. for thirteen years. In this role, she has organized impactful initiatives such as the Youth Leadership Institute (YLI), which promotes education and career development for underserved youth. Currently, she serves as the GenNEXT Committee Chair for her local chapter, Tau Omega, where she oversees a committee of 50 women focused on mentoring younger members in navigating sorority leadership roles at the Chapter, Regional, and International levels. These initiatives reflect her dedication to fostering leadership opportunities and ensuring the chapter’s growth and sustainability.

A native of Harlem, NY, Chelsea earned her Master of Professional Studies in Fashion Marketing from LIM College and her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Hampton University. In her spare time, she loves traveling and exploring new hobbies, such as tennis.
