Betina Dowdell
Betina Dowdell joined Goldman Sachs in 2017 in the Private Wealth Management area of the Investment Management Division, where she is a Private Wealth Advisor based in New York. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Betina provided structured lending solutions to Financial Institutions and non-profits at Citigroup and served as a Senior Relationship Executive at BNY Mellon covering Institutional Clients. Betina received her MBA from Columbia Business School with a dual-concentration in Finance & Economics and Entrepreneurial Studies. Betina obtained a Masters in Social Work from New York University and also holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a major in Management. Betina is a member of EmpowHer the Women’s Committee of The Apollo Theatre Foundation in New York, the UVA Club of New York, as well as a founding board member of The Female Collaborative a nonprofit focused on helping women achieve their greatest potential. Betina enjoys community service and most recently volunteered at the Institute for Family Health in Harlem leading a weekly social skills group for grade schoolers.
