Yasmin Dahya Bilger

Yasmin Dahya Bilger is the Head of ETFs at Engine No. 1, an investment firm that is driving long-term value by tying social and environmental commitments to economic outcomes. As part of this, she oversees the firm’s approach to ETF client, product and business strategy and is responsible for growing the firm’s overall ETF franchise. 

Before joining Engine No. 1, Yasmin worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management where she managed several product specialist teams, including the factor-based, market cap, and model portfolio teams. Prior to that, she was an early employee in J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s ETF business where she helped to lead ETF product strategy and development, including overseeing the launch of new ETFs across all asset classes. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in Fixed Income Interest Rate and Macro Cross Asset Sales. 

Yasmin received a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
