Supriya Jha

Supriya Jha is the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Nasdaq.

As, the first leader of her practice, she has helped shape the foundation of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging efforts at Nasdaq and her pioneering contributions have helped accelerate Nasdaq’s cultural journey.

Her strategy and contributions have helped in the growth of employee networks, setting up of various global partnerships and the fruition of a thriving environment that empowers all employees in Nasdaq’s increasingly diverse workforce to bring their authentic selves to work.

Before Nasdaq, Supriya worked at Mercer as a Global Solutions Lead within the Talent organization and prior to that she held the position of Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion at Bank of America and worked with other organizations such as Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, American Red Cross, and New York University.

Supriya has a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and an MBA from MICA, India. On the personal front, she has been awarded a New Jersey State Proclamation and other accolades for her contributions to the community.
