Sherette Constant is a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s CDRR Division, leading the Firm’s Global Third-Party Resilience Team. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the Firm is positioned to continue servicing Clients in the event of a disruption to their Third-Party Vendors’ service(s).

Prior to her current role, Sherette led the Physical Technology Asset Control Team for Wealth Management, whereshe was responsible for defining requirements and governing the management and handling of Technology data-bearingassets.

Sherette joined the Firm as a TAP Trainee and has spent most of her career leading Technology Operational Support teams in both the Institutional Securities Group and Wealth Management Divisions of the Firm.

Throughout her career, Sherette has remained active in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. In 2015, the National Society of Black Engineers awarded Sherette the “Outstanding Woman in Technology” Award for herpioneering work in Technology and her commitment to improving the workplace for minorities and women

– marking the first time that a woman from the Financial Services Industry won the award. In 2021, the Technology, Operations and Firm Resilience D&I Advisory Council awarded her “Advocate of the Year” for her outstanding D&I accomplishments while delivering outstanding business results.

Sherette, who is a proud graduate of Tuskegee University, holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management Science and resides in New Jersey with her husband, Robert, and their two children.
