Paula Edgar

Paula T. Edgar, Esq. is CEO of PGE Consulting Group LLC, a firm that provides training and education solutions at the intersection of professional development and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

A highly sought-after keynote speaker across industries, Paula excels in presentations on personal branding, mentorship dynamics, inclusive leadership, and relationship building. Her bespoke programming also addresses unconscious bias, microaggressions, feedback, and allyship.

As the host of the “Branding Room Only” podcast, Paula delves into career journeys and personal brand-building of industry leaders.  In her legal career, Paula tackled employment discrimination, and held several roles championing talent development and inclusion.

Paula is deeply involved in professional communities, holding leadership positions with the New York City Bar, American Bar Association’s Commission on Women, and as past President of the Metropolitan Black Bar Association.  In addition to being a 2015 Council of Urban Professionals (CUP) Fellow, Paula also contributed as a Trustee of the Ellis L. Phillips Foundation and the Deerfield Academy Alumni Association.

Paula is an alumnus of California State University and earned her J.D. from CUNY School of Law.
