Kevin Armstrong

Kevin Armstrong is Director and Managing Counsel for Pershing Advisor Solutions, a BNY Mellon company and an affiliate of Pershing LLC. Kevin serves on SIFMA’s Private Client Legal Committee and is a member of SIFMA’s Legal and Compliance Society. He is Chair of the Corporate Law Section of the National Bar Association and a member of their Board of Governors. Kevin’s passion for diversity and inclusion within the legal profession is demonstrated through his contribution to BNY Mellon’s Legal Department Diversity and Inclusion Council, where he is Deputy Chair
for a group charged with developing and implementing a diverse and inclusive strategy for more than 450 employees in 15 countries. Kevin gives back to his community through volunteer efforts in fundraising, his grassroots work on political campaigns and support for performing arts. Kevin is also active in the Rutgers University Alumni Association where he is the founder of an annual fundraiser in benefiting students at Rutgers Law School. Kevin holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and he also holds a B.S. with Honors, from Rutgers University. Kevin is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and before the United States Supreme Court.
