Keenan Williams

Keenan D. Williams is a 3x startup Founder, Y-Combinator W ‘17 alumni, active Angel Investor and the Cofounder, President & Head of Institutional Relations at REZI – a growth stage embedded finance startup in the PropTech space based in NYC. Our innovation – we raised over $150m and created the world’s first residential lease backedsecuritizations: bonds backed by apartment cash flows. Outside of REZI, Keenan is a Portfolio Manager at GoodieNation in ATL and currently an E.I.R (Entrepreneur in Residence) for TechStars – Spring/Fall ‘23 JP Morgan Cohort in New York. As well as, the Founding Partner of Stratum Growth, a Strategic Advisory platform for early to mid-stagestartups, first time founders and Creatives who want to become stronger operators and build scalable revenue -based platforms.

Keenan is a Philly native, proud ‘09 Florida A&M University (FAMU) graduate and began his commercial

real estate career in New York at CBRE in ‘10. Following his time at CBRE, Keenan worked on the buy side at Torchlight Investors and then in PropTech at Auction.com (now Ten-X). All before starting his entrepreneurial journey as a full time Founder in late 2014 with his first company YDC Inc, YourDealClosed.com.
