Wells FargoCurrently, Indhira Arrington provides leadership in the strategic planning and execution of diversity sourcing initiatives and programs for the Wholesale Banking Division of Wells Fargo. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Ms. Arrington held several roles at Bank of America within the Global Diversity and Inclusion Organization, including Head of Diversity Recruiting Relationship Management, Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager for Global Banking & Markets, National Diversity Sponsorship Manager, and Executive Diversity Recruiter covering GBAM, GCB, HL&I, Legal, Audit, CFO, and Risk.
Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Ms. Arrington was an Equity Derivatives Salestrader at Morgan Stanley where she managed relationships with large mutual funds for Structured Products, Listed/OTC Single Name Options, Listed/OTC Index Options, Exotic Options, Swaps, and ETFs. Previously, as a Vice President in Equity Derivatives Structured Products Sales at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup, she was responsible for selling IPOs of equity, commodity, and interest rate linked structured products to PWM.
Ms. Arrington has over 12 years of experience in the securities industry specializing in derivatives and structured products. She began her career as a Financial Analyst at The CIT Group in the Securitizations Group followed by a stint at Standard & Poor’s as a Senior Research Analyst in the CBO/CLO and New Assets Group.
Ms. Arrington earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University where she graduated summa cum laude. She holds an MBA in Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business/ London Business School and is a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Fellow, TOIGO Fellow, and an INROADS alum. Ms. Arrington is also a Cornell University Certified Diversity Professional/Advanced Practitioner (CCDP/AP). She is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, Phi Beta Kappa, the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA,) National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA,) PRIMER Network, and the Council of Urban Professionals.
Ms. Arrington serves on the Board of Directors of the Committee for Hispanic Children and Families and the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP). She also serves on the Corporate Advisory Board of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) and co-chairs the Corporate Circle Advisory Board of re:gender.
