Goldman Sachs Asset ManagementHeather is head of firmwide product and client strategy for private equity strategies within the Alternatives Capital Markets & Strategy (ACMS) Group. ACMS oversees institutional capital markets, capital raising and client strategy for alternative investments, across both direct investing and open- architecture solutions in private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, growth equity, ESG and absolute-return strategies.
Heather also serves on the Asset Management Inclusion and Diversity Council, the Managing Director Advisory Board of the Hispanic/Latinx Network and the Board of Advisors of Launch With GS, the firm’s commitment to invest in companies and investment managers with diverse
leadership.
Prior to assuming her current role, Heather was global head of Client Portfolio Solutions within the Alternative Investment and Manager Selection Group (AIMS). Earlier in her career, she was head of the US Alternative Capital Markets Group within the Consumer and Investment Management Division.
Heather joined Goldman Sachs in 2007 and was named managing director in 2012 and partner in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Heather worked as an attorney at Davis, Polk & Wardwell in New York. Heather earned a BSLA in Spanish and Government from Georgetown University and a JD from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
