Gayle Jennings-O’Byrne is a champion and investor in women of color entrepreneurs and empowering women and communities of color to create generational wealth.  She volunteers with several organizations to coach and mentor women and girls. She is President of The Nantucket Project Academy, a non-profit focused on storytelling and impact leaders. She is proud of her board service with Women NYC and BE NYC (Black Entrepreneurs), both based out of the New York City Department of Small Business Services. She is a Nazarian Social Innovator-in-Residence at Wharton Social Impact Initiative, where she volunteers with MBA and undergrad students. In addition, she is a Tribeca Disruptor Fellow and an Associate Producer of “Thoughts of a Colored Man” a Broadway play that opened October 2021.
