Brittany Green

Brittany Green serves as a Senior Manager of Brand Consulting and Solutions at Oak View Group, a role she has held since 2021. Within the Global Partnerships group, she spearheads strategy development and narrative storytelling for the sale of premier sports and entertainment assets, including naming rights and jersey patches, for third-party clientele. Notable among these clients are esteemed organizations such as the Minnesota Wild, Tampa Bay Lightning, Carolina Hurricanes, Orlando City, and Pride SC, among others. Brittany’s recent accomplishments include leading the strategy and successful sale of the Carolina Hurricanes and Nucor jersey patch sponsorship deal. Additionally, she is the founder of the OVG Black Oaks Network ERG, demonstrating her commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the industry. 

Before joining OVG, Brittany honed her skills in partnership marketing and sales with prominent teams such as the Miami HEAT, Tampa Bay Lightning, and New York Mets. She earned her MBA and M.S. in Sports Business and Entertainment while serving at the University of South Florida. Brittany completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating from the Mark H. McCormack Department of Sport Management in February 2017. During her time at UMass, she excelled both academically and athletically as an NCAA Division I track and field athlete. 

Outside of her professional pursuits, Brittany is an avid runner and 3x marathoner and aiming to qualify for the Boston Marathon. Alongside her athletic endeavors, Brittany is deeply passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sports business industry. She is dedicated to mentoring and developing the next generation of sports business leaders, ensuring a more diverse and equitable future for the industry.
