Aria Aaron

Aria Aaron is an associate marketing manager at Mattel, working to develop the newest line of Disney dolls. Prior to that, she worked on the dolls line for the Netflix animated series entitled Karma’s World, created by rapper Chris “Ludacris” Bridges. Aria is using her passion for marketing, entertainment, and diverse representation to help drive change in the toy industry. 

Before joining Mattel full-time, Aria graduated from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business with a Master of Business Administration degree, where she was a Consortium Fellow, Forté Fellow, and President of the Black Graduate Business Leaders affinity club. Prior to joining Marshall, she worked in consumer products in Atlanta, GA for about five years. 

Hailing from Nashville, TN, Aria has a B.S. in Journalism from Florida A&M University (class of 2013) and a M.S. in Management from Wake Forest University (class of 2014).
