Caroline Joyner is a dedicated leader at Endeavor, where she oversees non-profit partnerships, leveraging the resources of the entertainment, fashion, and sports industries to attain power, influence, and voice for historically excluded communities and individuals. Previously, she played a pivotal role in Color of Change’s cultural advocacy team, overseeing campaigns like #ChangeHollywood, #ChangeFashion, and #ChangeMusic. 

Caroline is deeply committed to advancing the representation and liberation of Black people in the entertainment industry, recognizing its vital role in the pursuit of racial justice.
