Armond Adams
Armond Adams is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Compass in New York City. Prior to switching careers in 2018 to pursue real estate, he worked in Digital Media Sales for over 10 years at NBC Universal, Disney and Meta (formerly Facebook).
Armond originally hails from Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies. He remains heavily involved as a leader within the Columbia community. He has held a number of roles including President of the Black Alumni Council as well as Board Member of both the Columbia Alumni Association and the Columbia College Alumni Organization.
Most recently, he founded and now serves as Co-Chair of the Real Estate Network of the Columbia Alumni Association (RENCAA). In 2019, Armond received the Columbia Alumni Medalist award, the University’s highest Alumni honor. Armond has been a proud resident of Upper Manhattan for over 20 years.
He currently serves as Vice Chair of the West Harlem Development Corporation, an organization that promotes increased youth development, education, economic opportunities, and workforce advancement to sustain a vibrant West Harlem community.
He is passionate about giving back and has volunteered countless hours with Harlem Little League, Big Brother/Big Sister, and Animal Haven Shelter. He resides in Harlem and enjoys traveling, running, and exploring new culinary experiences.
