Isaac Gittens

Isaac Gittens currently serves as the Manager of Football Business Operations & Strategy for the National Football League. Isaac’s role allows him to engage with multiple aspects of the football business including but not limited to, Football Inclusion, Flag Football, & Business Operations. 

Prior to his current role, he spent three years in Football Development with a focus on youth & high school football & two years in Player Engagement. 

Before joining the NFL, Isaac was an Education Graduate Assistant at the American Football Coaches Association in Waco Texas. Isaac received a Bachelor of Arts – Managerial Economics from Allegheny College. 

He received a master’s degree from Baylor University’s School of Education. Isaac is a native of Burlington Township, New Jersey. He is a self-proclaimed foodie, loves to travel, and engage with multiple cultures.
