Amanda N. Miller, Esq.

Amanda N. Miller, Esq. is currently the Assistant General Counsel- Operational for EmblemHealth, Inc. as lead counsel for the company’s leading health and well-being subsidiary that administers one of the largest value-based well-being programs in the country, WellSpark Health Inc. 

Prior to that, Amanda was the Assistant General Counsel at NYU Langone Health working with the Supply Chain and Technology department. As part of her community involvement, Amanda was previously the VP of Communications of the Metropolitan Black Bar Association as well as the Editor in Chief for the associations first scholarly legal journal, The Leap. 

In addition, she just ended her term as the Treasurer of the Bronx Women’s Bar Association and is now on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Hispanic Bar Association. Having grown up in the Bronx to a diverse family from all over the world, she has an appreciation of how diverse ideas can bring people together and find solutions they otherwise may never have thought of. 

She is committed to helping lift her communities and providing representation for those who may not have seen themselves in leadership positions. She strives to work with the mindset of leading with kindness and helping where you can, hoping others will continue to do so as well. 

Finally, she has a loving husband and two energetic kids, making no day uneventful! For that she is forever grateful.
