Candace Reynolds

Candace Reynolds is a consultant with Field Service Learning and Development at Morgan Stanley. She manages learning and development programs and conferences designed to advance the professional growth of service teams. 

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Candace served in program manager roles at the New York State Society of CPAs, Columbia Business School, and Kean University. Candace’s work focuses on assessing the needs of targeted populations and developing impactful programs so employees can continually be added value to their organizations. 

Candace remains connected to her alma mater, Douglass College at Rutgers University, by currently serving as president of the Black Alumnae Network through the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College.
