BNY MellonNicole Fouron is a Director and serves as Head of Planning & Business Administration for the Americas Asset Servicing organization, which manages clients across North, South and Latin America and represents more than $2B in annual revenue. In this role, Nicole has more than a decade of financial services experience and is currently responsible for all business partner relationships (including Audit, Risk, Compliance, HR, and Finance), coordinates cross-business strategic initiatives, and manages the articulation and management of the business change agenda, leading to enhanced employee engagement, increased client satisfaction and minimizing risk for the business.
Since joining BNY Mellon in 2004, Nicole has held roles in Talent Acquisition, Capital Markets, and Liquidity Services. Prior to her current role, she was a Senior Strategy Manager in the Global Chief Administrative Office (CAO) for Asset Servicing. In that capacity, she was responsible for a spectrum of cross-business, cross-regional projects, including client profitability and “health checks”, employee engagement and recognition, internal communications, driving consistency across client-facing roles and strategic executive management support for the global CAO and CEO of the business. Nicole also spent 5 years in Capital Markets and Liquidity Services as an Integration and Investment Product Manager, supporting the firm’s industry-leading investment portal, Liquidity DIRECT. She played a critical role in growing the product’s assets from $10B to over $100B, managing operational and financial risks, successfully migrating 200 clients to a new platform, as well as managing client expectations through the financial crisis of 2008.
Nicole received a B.S. in Information & Decision Systems and a M.S. in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University. She serves as Global CAO for BNY Mellon’s multicultural business resource group, IMPACT, and chaired the company’s 2013 and 2014 annual Hispanic Heritage Month planning committee. Nicole is a member of the firm’s first Latino Leadership Forum (LLF), is a graduate of the company’s WIN (Women’s Initiative Network) mentoring program and serves as a mentor for the WIN GROW and IMPACT mentoring programs. She is a Board Advisor of the ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals for America) Pittsburgh chapter and also supports the community as a member of the Women’s Leadership Council for the United Way of Allegheny County.
