Rudy R. Racine

Rudy R. Racine is the Vice President of WeCARE Operations for Equus Workforce Solutions. In this role, he is tasked with leading one of New York City’s largest vocational rehabilitation programs. Under his leadership, Rudy’s team works to address the needs of New Yorkers receiving cash assistance who are also dealing with medical and/or mental health barriers to employment. Rudy’s staff provides customized case management services to help empower clients with achieving their highest level of self-sufficiency.

Rudy is also the CEO of HireLearners, a company that provides professional career and leadership consulting services to organizations looking to develop high-potential leaders. In addition, he is the Founder of Watch The Block, a mobile application that allows users to rate their interaction with police officers, and assigns those ratings to the local precinct tasked with protecting the area the user is in.

Rudy has been an active brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity since 2001, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University.
