Kristin Braye

Kristin Braye is the Diversity Recruitment Strategies & Events Interim Manager at the National Urban League where her aim is to develop recruitment strategies and career development opportunities to diverse candidates looking for employment. Born and raised in Texas, she has worked in Human Resources and Talent Management for 5+ years and is a professional member of the New York Urban League Young Professionals Group and Society of Human Resources Management.

She is a proud alumnus from the University of Texas at Austin. During her time at U.T., she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Sciences where she additionally was a Texas Interdisciplinary Scholar. She currently resides in Brooklyn where she enjoys long distance running and taking photos as a published freelance photographer.
