Modupe Olaye
Modupe Olaye is a Manager of Business Operations within the S&P Dow Jones Indices division of S&P Global. In her current role on the Index Data Acquisition & Content Subscriptions (iDACS) team, she manages inbound exchange and content relationships with external vendor partners. Modupe addresses internal stakeholder data requirements and is responsible for negotiation, strategy, and rights management related to the consumption of third-party data for index creation and distribution. Modupe recently moved to the Index division from S&P Global Corporate, where she was responsible for supporting inbound licensing activities and strategic initiatives for the Market Intelligence, Platts and Ratings divisions. Before joining S&P Global, Modupe worked at Nasdaq as a Market Data Sourcing Manager, where she led global exchange data licensing on behalf of Nasdaq’s core businesses. Prior to Nasdaq, Modupe worked as a Market Data Finance Analyst for Millennium Partners, a global investment management firm.
Modupe is an avid volunteer and has been a Team Leader for New York Cares since 2010. She manages the Urban Adventures Salvation Army Brownsville project through New York Cares where she is responsible for planning activities for children from underserved communities. Modupe is originally from Oakland, California, and moved to New York City to attend Barnard College, where she earned her B.A. in Economics.
