Bernard B. Armoo
Bernard B. Armoo is an associate attorney at Bryant Rabbino LLP. Bernard practices with the Capital Markets and Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups of the firm. In his role, Bernard represents issuers, lenders, investors, placement agents and underwriters in a wide variety of public and private securities offerings. Bernard also represents clients on mergers and acquisitions in the private and public markets.
Prior to joining Bryant Rabbino LLP, Bernard worked as a legal adviser at the Citizens Advice Bureau and as a Crown Court Clerk in Leeds, United Kingdom. Bernard also worked at National Utility Service Consulting Group. Bernard earned his LL.M Degree at Wake Forest University School of Law and gained his LLB (Hons.) Bachelor of Laws from Leeds Metropolitan University Law School in Leeds, United Kingdom.
Bernard is passionate about contributing to the economic growth in Africa with his international and financial transactional experiences. Bernard is a member of Invest Africa U.S. ‘NextGen’, an organization that equips the next generation of African professionals with the necessary skills and network to invest in Africa. Bernard also sits on the Board of African Communities Together, Inc.
