Jen Queliz
Jen Queliz is an associate attorney at Cozen O’Connor, where she practices within the firm’s Labor & Employment group. In her role, she advises employers across various industries primarily on discrimination, leave, and restrictive covenant issues and represents her clients in related federal and state litigation. Prior to joining Cozen, she served first as a Criminal Division paralegal and later as a spokesperson for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
Jen holds her JD from Fordham University School of Law where she was a board member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocates. She also holds a BFA in Dance from Fordham University, where she studied at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center. During and immediately following her undergraduate studies, Jen performed in the U.S. and abroad in the works of internationally-renowned choreographers.
Jen is passionate about performing arts education and increasing diversity in the legal profession. She has volunteered with several arts organizations and is actively involved in recruitment of young and diverse attorneys within her firm. When not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, and practicing yoga.
