Michelle Pham
Michelle Pham is an attorney at the law firm of Pryor Cashman LLP. Ms. Pham counsels public and private companies on a broad range of corporate transactions focusing on mergers and acquisitions. She also advises clients on general corporate matters, including formation, restructuring, financing, corporate governance and general contracts and commercial agreements. She is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and Pro Bono Committee and works to recruit and retain exceptional women and attorneys of color and to encourage attorneys to take on pro bono representation.
Ms. Pham is committed to serving her community. To that end, she mentors students in high school, college, and law school through the SEO Scholars and SEO Careers programs; represents undocumented immigrant children in deportation proceedings in partnership with Kids in Need of Defense; advises formerly incarcerated men and women on their entrepreneurial endeavors in partnership with Defy Ventures; and serves on the Junior Board of The New York Foundling, an organization empowering vulnerable youth in New York City. Born and raised in San Jose, California, Ms. Pham received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2012 and her B.A. in Public Policy Analysis from Pomona College in 2009. She currently resides in Washington Heights with her partner and their pit bull rescue.
