Roberto Concepción, Jr.
Roberto Concepción, Jr. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator at New York University where he conducts neutral internal investigations of complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and sexual misconduct. Prior to joining New York University, Roberto represented both employers and employees in a wide range of employment law matters, including employment discrimination and wage and hour disputes.
In addition to being committed to creating diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces, Roberto is committed through his volunteerism to supporting the very communities that have supported him. Currently, he serves as Co-Chair of the Líderes Board for LatinoJustice PRLDEF, a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of civil rights of the Latino community in the United States. Roberto graduated from Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
