Steve Chung

Steve Chung is a Senior Vice President at NBCUniversal where he serves as a lead content lawyer for the Owned Television Stations Division, NBC News and the TODAY Show. He collaborates with senior management and producers on a wide range of matters. Steve is currently a member of NBCUniversal’s diversity council and was a chair of the outside counsel committee devoted to the retention of diverse attorneys and firms. He is a former Director for the Board of the Asian American Bar Association of New York, and developed an ongoing series of group mentoring programs for lawyers. Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Steve was a litigator at Davis Wright Tremaine and Debevoise and Plimpton and was a federal law clerk in the Northern District of California. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and had a prior career as a management consultant, focused on a data-driven approach to developing business strategies.
