Nadege E. Benoit

Nadege E. Benoit is a Captain in the United States Army currently serving at the United States Military Academy at West Point. In her capacity at the Academy, she serves as a coach and mentor to 120 cadets helping to mold the next generation of military leaders. Prior to her tenure at West Point, Nadege worked as a Human Resources Officer in high paced environments around the country and abroad. She supported C-suite level directorates with human resources functions, talent management analysis, and operations management.

Nadege is a proud native of El Paso, Texas and a first-generation American. Her upbringing in the vibrant, binational community of El Paso has made her passionate about bringing awareness to the positive contributions of immigrants. Nadege is also committed to educating others on cultural and racial biases that permeate industries such as the military and volunteers with Do More Together, a non-profit organization, committed to empowering and mobilizing African-American graduates and cadets of West Point. She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., in which she volunteers her time to numerous homeless, domestic violence, and veteran-focused programs. In her spare time, Nadege enjoys traveling, Crossfit, and exploring the rich culture in Harlem.

Nadege holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Area Studies Eurasia from the United States Military Academy at West Point. She is fluent in Spanish and has a general base knowledge in the Russian language. She also has a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from Webster University, and is in the process of completing a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University’s Teachers College.
