Lorenzo Mendez

Lorenzo Mendez is a Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Higher Education and Not-for-Profit Investment Banking Group. He works with colleges, universities, and other not-for-profits to access the public and private capital markets. In addition, Lorenzo is a project manager for J.P. Morgan’s Hispanic Leadership Forum, a professional network of Hispanic leaders across the investment bank, where he supports development and retention efforts.

Lorenzo is Co-Chair of the United Neighborhood Houses Associate Board, helping lead fundraising and volunteering strategy. Hailing from the Bronx and Brooklyn, Lorenzo is passionate about supporting young people from underserved communities and has mentored students through Big Brothers Big Sisters, Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, and the University of Rochester.

Lorenzo holds a B.A. in Financial Economics with Honors from the University of Rochester and is a CFA charterholder.
