Kelechi C. Odocha

Kelechi C. Odocha is a Captain in the United States Army currently serving at the United States Military Academy at West Point. In his capacity at the Academy, he serves as The Director of Minority Admissions and guest lectures teaching organizational leadership in the Behavioral Science & Leadership Department. Prior to his tenure at West Point, Kelechi commanded a Heavy Weapons Company of 100 Soldiers and 10th Mountain Light Infantry Division in Fort Johnson, Louisiana.

Kelechi is a proud native of Columbia, MD, and a first-generation American. Kelechi worked for Atento Capital venture firm in Tulsa, OK to find innovative ways to create generational wealth by investing in underrepresented founders. He also serves as the Vice Basileus of the West Point Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity, Inc., in which he spends his time mentoring the local youth and speaking to them about college opportunities. In his spare time, Kelechi enjoys flying as a private pilot, golfing, working on cars, being a chicken and waffle food blogger, and traveling.

Kelechi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has a general base knowledge of the French language. He also has a Master of Business degree from The University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School. Where he was awarded a Military Fellowship and double majored in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Real Estate.
