Nicole is head of the Private Wealth Management (PWM) business for the New York region and also leads the PWM Sports and Entertainment Solutions (SES) offering, which her team launched in 2018. She serves as a member of Americas Inclusion and Diversity Council (IDC) as well as co-head of the Consumer and Wealth Management IDC. She joined Goldman Sachs in 1999 in PWM in New York, was named managing director in 2011 and partner in 2020 making her the first black partner in the Consumer and Wealth Management Division.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole worked at JP Morgan in New York. Nicole serves on the Board of Trustees of the Brookings Institute and is a member of its Investment Committee. She also serves on the Board of Trustees at Hampton University and the United Negro College Fund. Nicole earned a BS in Accounting from Hampton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
