Krystal Jackson

Born and raised in Southern California, Krystal Jackson is an accomplished entrepreneur passionate about developing businesses and communities that provide social impact for economic well-being. After graduating from Temple University, she started her career at Target as an Executive Team Leader of Guest Experience, then transitioned to a Territory Manager for RJ Reynolds Tobacco. She was introduced to the world of brand activations for side money and quickly found a love for experiential marketing. She started an event staffing agency called Gala Unlimited in 2014, capitalizing on the rise of the craft wine and spirits movement. She grew a database to almost 2k contractors working over 2k trade shows, retail samplings, partnership activations, and private events.

In 2018 and 2019, she spearheaded “Businessmen and Brandy,” a Black Businessmen’s empowerment event with a speaker panel of accomplished local business owners paired with a cognac tasting supporting the nonprofit 100 Black Men of Los Angeles. This set her vision to begin creating a Black Businessmen’s membership community.

In 2020 she joined the founding team of Aqua Equity, a social impact bottled water company that serves to give back to the Watts community. She has attained a Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. She is a part of the initiating class of BIPOC women business owners in the LEEAF accelerator program at Cal State LA. She continues to focus on the prosperity and well-being of Black men and women and soon become the inventor of a women’s health product she’s currently prototyping.
