Alexander Robinson

Alexander Robinson is a Senior Associate at Davis Polk LLP. Alex has a broad-based commercial litigation practice focused on government investigations, international arbitrations and civil litigation in state and federal courts, with specific experience involving securities fraud, bankruptcy, antitrust, and business tort actions. In connection with the Partners in Prosecution externship program, Alex also served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, during which he prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases from inception through trial.

Alex earned his J.D. in 2012 from the New York University School of Law and he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2005. Prior to attending law school, Alex served as an AmeriCorps volunteer at Boy’s Hope Girl Hope Detroit, a non-profit that invests in educational opportunities for underprivileged youth. He continues to volunteer with that organization through its National Alumni Association.
