RyAnn McKay Hooper is a Senior Trial Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Her work focuses on collective bargaining, workers’ rights, and workplace harmony. Her resume reflects a dedication to mediation and traditional labor law in both the public and private sectors. She has served as an Administrative Law Judge, Career Staff Attorney to a Presidential appointee of the NLRB, and handled larger scale litigation in her capacity as a Trial Attorney. She is also an active member, speaker, and former fellow to the Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association.

RyAnn is committed to volunteerism focused on women’s health, children, education, and human resource law. She currently serves a Co-Chair to the Advocates for Public Policy Committee of the New York Junior League, Manhattan. In this role she has advocated for legislative initiatives with an emphasis on Paid Family Leave, expanded protections for victims of domestic violence, food policy law, and programs supporting youth aging out of foster care at both the New York State and City levels.
