Nekpen Osuan (@NOsuan) is a seasoned project manager and analytics professional and Co-Founder of WomenWerk, a women's empowerment nonprofit based in New York City. Currently a product manager for a Fortune 100 financial services firm in New York City, Nekpen is passionate about using data and technology to drive business development and strategic policy. Nekpen has served as a IT and product manager in past roles including on President Obama's re-election campaign and for the City of New York.

Nekpen earned her Masters in Economics and Education Policy from Columbia University and her Bachelors from the Honors College at Baylor University. Nekpen's accomplishments include completion of Fellowship programs sponsored by The Clinton Foundation, The Center for American Progress (CAP), Organizing for America (OFA), the Roosevelt Institute, and New Leaders Council. She is a former adjunct instructor at Columbia University. Nekpen enjoys travel and serving on local boards including Sponsors for Educational Opportunity's Junior Leadership Board (SEO JLB), The College Initiative, Manhattan's Community Education Council 6 and Community Board 9 in Manhattan.
