Linda is a highly accomplished leader who brings over 20 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, leadership development and corporate philanthropy. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a commitment to the career advancement and leadership development of diverse talent in the business, civic and non-profit sectors.
Prior to joining CUP, Linda was the Corporate Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion at New York Life. In that leadership role, she developed and executed the strategies and partnerships that enabled the organization to further develop its culture of inclusion and attract, retain, and develop diverse talent.
Prior to her role at New York Life, Linda worked for American Express in roles increasing in responsibility in areas such as Diversity and Global Inclusion, Talent Acquisition and Corporate Philanthropy. While there, she was an active, strategic partner to her colleagues, senior business leaders, employee resource groups and external organizations, supporting the achievement of the company’s objective of building an inclusive and diverse workforce and making a positive impact on the community.
Linda began her professional career as Director, Career, Student and Alumni Services at New York University’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
Linda holds a MA in Applied Psychology and a BS in Applied Behavioral Sciences from New York University. She is a certified executive coach, with certification to perform Hogan Assessments.
